| Lysander's footfalls sounded eerily, but softly in the pitch black night. It was pitch black for even a wolf's sharp senses. But Lysander had a light to guide his way, literally. A small bright and yellow orb of electricity floated above the strange foreigner from Africa, illuminating a small area around Lysander, enough for him to go through the new land without stumbling or causing to much unintentional racket. The green eyed male's head perked up, his eyes narrowing just slightly, as if to get a feel in this wolf territory. He was in Eastern territory it seemed now. But it didn't bother the Ethiopian wolf, this was his intention, after all. Trekking quietly through the short prairie grasses partly covered by snow, and surrounded by a cold familiar in some ways. His old mountain home had been fairly cold. The male stopped abruptly and shook his head violently. Forget the past! It was of no use anymore! He was here, not frickin' Africa!
Africa is not here, and here is not Africa, whatever 'here' is! Snorting the easily annoyed male continued on his way when he finally caught scent of a powerful male, alpha indeed. He didn't need to be a native to tell that piece of information. The male smirked to himself, wondering what this male was made of. Losing the smirk quickly in case the very wolf decided to barrel in unexpectedly, Lysander loosed a small howl, it was only able to be heard within the vicinity to avoid attracting the whole darn pack. The white crescents above his brilliantly green eyes raised as he waited, his marked coat blowing with a faint wind.
Wonder if he'll be kind or not... heh, or whoever else decides to show up...

Twitch’s eyes gleamed sharp in the dark, his ears thrown forward, expression pinched. His black lips were slightly parted, and he leaned forward in his deep focus.
The Naama slave did not sleep well, primarily due to his nervousness. And so even the slightest sound would waken him; even a sound soft enough to be considered unthreatening. So what had Twitch all riled up tonight? Well, he thought he heard something. It sounded like a wolf, a scary Uuma wolf that he didn’t know. And from he tenseness in his muscles, he obviously feared for his safety.
Twitch now stood around the edge of his master’s sleeping area, with one paw nervously lifted. The pack was all gathered around, huddled close in the snow, deep in slumber. Twitch whined softly.
A burly male wolf, adorned with rams horns, wings, and an extraordinary tail, lifted his head from where it had been buried in his warm tail. A soft moan slipped from his lips. Twitch’s whine had not been what really woke Thor; in fact, Thor was glad of it. No, he had been suffering from a nightmare of sorts. An illogical dream about Sira running off with some other male, and giving birth to demon-pups which then harried him all the way to the very edge of earth itself…
He shook his head, as softly as he might, so that he would not wake the others. Thor did not tend to dwell on such fantasies such as nightmares, but this one had rattled his bones a bit. And Thor was not eager to go back to sleep, at least not until he had worn the jitters from his paws.
So he rose, letting the snow fall off of his shoulders. Quietly he made his way through the peacefully slumbering pack, casting a quick eye to the slave which had brought him from his strange dreams. Thor said nothing, only following Twitch’s uneasy gaze. It pointed into the valley’s distance, which was engulfed in the darkness of night. It was probably nothing; Twitch was a rather, eh, unreliable sort. But Thor took this as an excuse to get moving, and gladly he started off, knocking Twitch under the chin with his tail as the slave tried to follow.
Thor walked for only a small time when, as he crested a small hill, he spotted something unusual. A light, tiny and hardly visible. Yet Thor knew that someone – whether he be for good or for evil – was behind it. With narrowed eyes and ruffled fur, Thor plunged down the slope and made his way toward the strange ball of light. As he crept nearer and nearer, Thor began to recognize the shape of a wolven muzzle lit by the floating orb. Nobody he knew, for sure. A spy, was it? Hmph, very suspicious. Fine then, stranger. You got light? So do I. Thor kept the mysterious wolf in his gaze as he warmed up a certain part in his brain.
Under the pressure of Thor's power, the stranger’s orb of light fizzled, and then went out. “Hello there,” Thor then rumbled, his voice deep, worn, and more-than-likely intimidating.

| The green-eyed wolf did not show any sign of being surprised or shocked when his light suddenly faded out of the blue. He could practically feel the force of the energy being used to put out his light. Whoever did it, was quite adept with light control, he had to admit. Than he heard a strongly masculine voice coming out from the bushes, Hello there. Lysander lifted his head and the smaller wolf contemplated whether he should activate his Invisibility and get out of here. Lysander could tell that the male standing only a few yards of him, even though it was dark and cold, had quite an asset: a pair of what seemed like ram horns, bat like wings, and a clubbed tail. He nearly laughed out loud harshly to himself thinking about what that bone-crushing tail or those horns could do to him. While not an easily intimidated wolf, he figured it was better not to get on the bad side of this wolf, for now.
I'll give him props for power all right, he sure looks the part. Already the cool headed wolf smoothly replied, -"Hello, apparently it wasn't a good hour to come knocking," He said this noting the alpha's slightly unruly fur, had he just woken up? Couldn't blame him, considering the time. Closing his bright neon green eyes, the ochre-coated wolf flexed his concealed claws for a moment, before continuing on to the real reason he was here "Skipping the sap-story, I'd like to seek humble refuge in your pack, in exchange for my loyalty, heart and soul," - He explained calmly, not missing a heartbeat. He kept a casual position, but made sure not to look arrogant, that was the least thing he wanted to do He opened his eyes and put just enough force into relighting his orb, soon his and the alpha's face were illuminated with a soft yellow and white light.
Ah, much better...
