Name: Calypso
Gender: Female
Age: 2 years
Type: Ethiopian Wolf
Pack: N/A
Rank: N/A
Items: Feather, Speed
Appearance: Like most other Ethiopian wolves, Calypso's build is not one of power, but more of speed and endurance. She is tall, with long legs and a thin body. Her build is delicate, yet hardy enough to survive out in the wild. She is not exceptionally tall, in fact, Calypso is quite small compared to wolves of other breeds. However, since she is only two, the female has at least another year to grow, though she won't change too much in size.
Calypso's sleek coat mainly a vibrant red; her pelt water proof, a characteristic that aids her in her great ability to swim well. In the warmer months, her fur is much more sleek than wolves of other breeds, and then becomes fluffy once again in the winter time. Ivory white patches mark her chest, a band around her neck, her legs (both front and hind), as well as her face. Her upright ears are lined with black and coal black streaks mark her upper jaws. Calypso's eyes are a dark mahogany color that stand out well against the dark circles of fur around them.
Temperament: How to explain Calypso. Well, she's a female, which says it all really. She has her ups and downs, though luckily for most, mainly ups.
Calypso is in general an optimistic wolf. She is energetic and lively, everything a young female should be. She is very curious and that curiosity has been known to get her into trouble a time or two, though nothing she hasn't been able to handle herself. Calypso is sly and very intelligent, sometimes extremely so. She is cunning and quick witted, which leads somewhat to her prideful side. She has a hard time admitting it when she's wrong and doesn't like to lose. However, she never says no when a challenge presents itself, even if it is obvious she will not succeed.
Calypso likes to talk and boy, can she talk! She's not a shy wolf and a little tactless at times. It's not uncommon for her to be rude, but when she is, it is generally done in all good spirits. Calypso is easily offended though, and doesn't forgive too easily. She is loyal to those she loves however, and feels very guilty when she offends those close to her.
All in all, Calypso is a decent wolf. A little annoying and hard to be patient with at times, but not bad. Not bad really at all.
History: Will Work On As We Go.
