The year is 2347.
People are in high competition with the predatory wildlife that remain on the continent and they are rapidly losing resources to the wolves. Their populations had been growing due to over preservation, and now they are the the top predator next to Man.
Due to the struggle to survive, the government has implemented a program called the Survival Program that pits the wolves in a life and death match within the boarders of Yellowstone National Park each winter. For six months from October to November, the wolves must battle each other both in an arena and in the wilderness, defying the odds of limited food and man-made obstacles that are designed to weed out the strong from the weak. It's survival of the fittest, and the Delirium starts when that tranquilizer dart hits your flank.
